Daily Reality Check

The process of committing in writing on paper the things which are important to you can work miracles in yurt life. I have created a form which will simplify, clarify and help focus on the important priorities in your life. Just as important as the Reality check is a Goal Sheet I will create shortly. Save the page to your computer in your word processor or print from the web. Right click and choose print. Remember nothing works unless you do. By using this method of a reality inventory you will be able to clarify and more easily define those areas you determine are important. Take control of and assume responsibility for your daily life.    "If it is to be, it is up to me."   I recommend that you do this weekly or more often and a major reality check on the first of the year setting goals.  (Goal Page to follow soon.)

Blessings and Things That are Right and Wonderful In My Life (Don't Forget Oranges) This side will always have more entries than the other side.

Opportunities for Creative and Practical Solutions To Challenges In My Life. Imposes a focus that can be elusive. Because of the ultimate benefit, though it may be hard to realize, these are also blessings because we gain so much knowledge from them.

Don't Forget The Oranges

There was a time in my life which seemed to have few blessings and lots of challenges.  Prayer and meditation led me to the belief that I was dense and short sighted as to many of the realities in my life.  In Prayer, I ask Heavenly Father to give me a little Spiritual Prompting whenever I encountered a blessing in my life as I was slow to recognize them when they came. This truly happened and I began to recognize more of the blessings in my life.
One day as I was peeling an orange the Spirit softly whispered, "Lydia, the orange is a blessing from Heavenly Father."  That was the sweetest orange I ever ate.  To this day I feel strongly that oranges were created just for me.
